Cocaine Best way to stay hydrated

Hello all,

So I occasionally enjoy nose candy. The problem is I always have a hard time staying hydrated throughout a session. This problem is not limited to blow; on basically any stim I tend to struggle with hydration.

Does anyone else experience this? Any tips or suggestions on how to combat this?

The struggle is that any drink is unappealing when I'm on stims. I was curious if anyone else has had the same issue. Or any suggestions for beverages that might be more appealing. I usually drink a lot of milk throughout the day. Sodas as well, coke and sprite usually. But even those, my "choice" drinks I struggle to get them down.

I know that drinking water and electrolytes will hydrate me. However, for me drinking anything is such a fucking pain in the ass for me on uppers. Downers, have the exact opposite effect; especially opiates.

Im 100 percent with you on this one, I'm so fucking dehydrated from the ice.

I've been trying to get like a xl powerade cup from the gas station and shit. I drank 3 the other day and was still dehydrated.

I think sadly the only way to rehydrate is to come off and chug powerade. Sleep probably helps aid the hydration.

There's this "liquid IV" stuff too, electrolytes like Gatorade, it's powder in a tube.

Either way @Xyborg I highly recommend hydrating before using. It's way harder to hydrate when you're already dehydrated, than to become dehydrated after you hydrate. If that makes sense.

Glad I'm not the only one who experiences this.

Yeah that's kinda the conclusion I've come to. I just gotta remember to hydrate well before deciding to indulge.

As far as the powdered hydration packs go, Pedialyte extra strength or Pedialyte sport both contain more sodium and potassium per serving than any other brands I have compared them too. I have a sensitivity to hot weather and, unfortunately, have suffered heat stroke a few times. So I am pretty familiar with severe dehydration.

To anyone else that comes across this I would definitely steer towards the extra strength or sport Pedialyte varieties for cases of dehydration. Gatorade and Powerade are a joke when looking at the amount of electrolytes they contain; they are basically just flavored sugar water. They are okay for staying hydrated. However, if you have reached the point where you are already dehydrated then forget about Gatorade and Powerade.
