I did a little bit of searching and couldn't find any info on this.
I get lab screened every Thursday. I'm not on probation but it's a long story, I've been in an aftercare-type program since August.
I stopped using everything in August because it was becoming a problem (mainly d). I smoked weed for the first time since then last week on both Thursday and Friday (only about 5 hits each day, all bong rips, but I still got extremely faded). I had a lot of anxiety leading up to my test thinking I would fail even though I was drinking a lot of Gatorade and water all week. I also ran on Monday to try to sweat it out. I passed today but I would like some advice on keeping my THC levels down. So my question is, what do you guys think the most efficient way to smoke is without making the THC levels stay high? Has anyone else been in this position before (smoking on probo or something)? Will smoking consecutive days build the levels up?
