Best way to smoke meth & heroin

So I have half a gram of meth & .3 of heroin. What’s the best way to combine and smoke them together? With a foil or the pipe?

Why not smoke the meth first then the h on the comedown? I think 0.5 of m would way overpower 0.3 of h if smoked at the same time plus don't they melt/burn etc at different temperatures?
Never heard of them being mixed to smoke, only them being mixed in a syringe! Mega speedball! Stay safe, can put a mad strain on your heart and kill you!

If you absolutely must take them both in quick succession you should be very careful. If you take the meth first then take the heroin near the end of the experience just keep in mind that the stimulation from the meth might be keeping you from ODing. So just take it easy on the H
