its your dose, do u use a scale? howmuch do u usually smoke? you can swallow a very small bit for it to be effective, you should start off small because the worst thing is taking toomuch, you can always take more. I say to take about 25-50mg which is a quarter to a half a point (.1g), you could use capsules but if you dont have those you could try small pieces of rolling paper, you just put about a quarter point (depending on purity) on a piece of paper fold it and wrap it into a ball you can swallow,when you do swallow it is wise and for HR sake to eat right before you do that (bread, fruit,cheese) but if you take on an empty stomach some say it hits hard but i dont ever take without food, food imo is a must, it protects against corrosion (but not completely but better than nothing) (also oral is much healthier for you than smoking) and imo/e eating before is the best thing to do if you want a good effect that isnt sketchy, the comedown is different when you have eaten first, things go smoother imo. so answer: .025g in capsule or on paper, or in a drink (but i dont like that bc of tooth damage and efficiency) i have also dabbed on finger and put in mouth but again that isnt the best, the best is to swallow in capsule or in paper after a small meal. goodluck, staysafe, don't take too much, take less than you would smoke at a time, maybe even half as much as you would smoke, you need to find the threshold for yourself, but oral is healthier and less harmful than smoking but it is not without risk there is still harm.
