Opioids Best way to potentate methadone and klonopin?

Hello all. High doses of methadone and klonopin have been my “sober” doc since losing my partner to fentanyl over 3 years ago. For the most part I have always taken my methadone first let it kick in and then taken my klonopin or just taken them at the same time but recently I heard someone say if I take the klonopin first and then the methadone they will potentate each other a lot more? Is this true? Does it really matter? I will be pissed if I have been doing it in the wrong order and “wasting” effects for the last 3 + years but at the same time it would really help my tolerance if there’s a way to get more bang for my buck, sort of thing.

Idk for those meds but if u take benzo after opioid i increase sedation but take away the euphoria. If I took the benzo first and then the opioid they synergize well
