best way to get coke out of your system?

i did alittle coke friday early evening and may be tested monday. im going to drink some sonnes#7 detoxifier. also, im going to sweat today while working outside. im going to drink about 2 gallons of water to. should i be ok? sonnes#7 is good stuff. its an internal detoxifier.
 
make sure its not your first piss of the day on the monday test.
 
i think its gonna be close and could go either way. i never get to confident when passing a drug test when i know ive taken drugs. let us know how it turns out...
 
im not definetly getting tested. i havent had one this month yet. i have been getting them at the end of the month for the past 3 months. like the week of the 21st to the 28th. i am going to drink 2 gallons of water today.
actually, im starting now. i didnt do much coke. about a quarter gram. it was smoked to. does it matter in any way? i'll let ya know how it goes and if i even get tested. i am subjest to random testing at the methadone clinic i go to. if i fail, i loose my take outs for A MONTH.
its not really a big deal, but the clinic is about 50 minutes from my house. its nice having a saturday, sunday and tuesday take home dose.
 
drinking a lot of water on days preceeding the test doesnt really accomplish much, this is a common misconception
what you're really doing with water is drinking it the day of the test to dilute your urine content. If you drink it a day before, the urine (metabolites and all) will be back the next morning.
 
Coke gets outa your system faster than almost any other common drug
I could be wrong, but I read it was the complete opposite - it can be detected long after initial use.

thanx for all the input. i just got home from the methadone clinic and they didnt test me. i dont have to go back till wednesday. i'll surely be clean by then. thanx again.
 
Or maybe even a tad longer, i once did some on a saturday night and it showed up in a test i took on wensday afternoon.

thats understandable. i did mine on friday early evening. by wednesday i should be fine. thats 4.5 days. yours was 3.5 days. i did very little to. anyways its not even for sure they'll give me one wednesday. its random. the cards are in my favor cause its still the begonning of the month. they have been testing me at the same time for the last 3 months. thanx again everyone.
also, i drank a half of bottle of sonnes #7. i will be ok. the directions say to take 2 tablespoons for 2 weeks. i drank half the bottle at once. any toxins shold be well absorped.(sp?)
