Best way to defeat DHC continus time release mechanism?

Whats theBest way to defeat DHC continus time release mechanism?

I usually break up a fine as possible and chop and crush with a razor blade or put it in an old weed grinder until its pure dust.

I hear many people talk of wetting the pills first and making a paste?

I have never personally used DHC here in the U.S., but from everything I have read, there isn't a ceiling dose with DHC, as far as I know. It is unlike codeine, which DOES have a ceiling dose of ~400mg.
 
Just to add, they are really waxy - so that's why wetting doesn't work. If you need to dissolve them in water for any reason, you need warm water. This does work (for plugging etc) but not very well...

It's actually very hard to defeat the time mechanism entirely due to the waxy matrix but grinding them until dust then parachuting sounds like your best bet!
 
PS:

On further reading, using sodium bicarbonate can help defeat the time release mechanism. No consensus on how much though, sorry!

Method

There's a big thread somewhere else about how to best make XR's as possible about 80-90% IMO

Anyway shortened...crush pills...a pill crusher is your best friend! The pills will stick together due to the wax matrix throughout the pill.

Mix some bi-carb or alternative powder in with the pills so you can get it ground up real fine and separate the DHC from the wax.
With the back of a spoon and your bicarb added continue crushing as finely as possible. Now get a card/knife and and scrape the flattened stuck together mix and chop it up as you would with other illicit drugs!

As long as its fairly powdered your good to go..if its clumpy still add more bircarb and repeat crushing...a cheap weed grinder helps a lot but won't crush it as finely as a spoon!

Now..gel cap, mix in a shot glass or if your hardcore like moi pour powder directly into mouth from a laminate sheet that was used to crush the pills on and swallow it down with some water! This gets a it of getting used to specially with 8 odd pills and bicarb so be warned.

I have done this everyday for a good few years so fairly confident in this method. My only concern is how much bicarb to use as large amounts frequently can't be too good for you and you need to get the right consistently to separate the DHC from wax (I've made my way through a pot of bicarb :/ sodium! It's said that you can take to much and have your stomach pumped...some athletes post load on it as an enhancer and have bad effects however its also used as a remedy for heartburn/acid where a t-spoon is dissolved in water so...*shrugs* ). I tend to use no more than half a teaspoon on 8-10 120xr pills to make sure I get high...You probably don't need that much just as long as the pills are finely crushed your good!

I drink a warm drink after swallowing the tabs as hot water dissolves the wax and helps it come on faster IMO.

My tolerance to DHC has gone over a gram so its hard for me to gauge the ratio of bicarb to DHC..its hit and miss a lot of the time.

As in the other thread i'd be interested to know from others what ratio they used and if they have had any adverse affects from taking a lot of sodium.

I guess you'l keep this thread open as its in BDD? or you could close one or merge I don't know, never had the mod duties or that mighty stick!

Just had me some crushed DHC and 200mg valium (TOLERANCE) hopefully I'll get something outta it...smaller doses are sometimes more effective for a nod IMO as higher doses make you stimulated to fuck. Had a low dose the other day with a shit load of diaze and nodded harrrrd like I haven't in months! I was very tired though.
 
Nah I'll leave it here, not many BDDers venture into EADD. Thanks lazy (or not so lazy!) :)

The key to DHC is plenty of potentiation I think. And actually, I quite like not fully defeating the time mechanism, as long as the dose is high enough - means it lasts longer!
