Best way to counteract nausea ?

I'm not feeling good stomach wise since I'm on 1200mg DXM. Wondering what is the best way to counter this, along with just general advice too (sometimes taking pills in general hurt my stomach).

I mostly do well with saltine crackers or the like in the early hours.
Not sure if milk mixes well with DMX.
Always food with dosing never made that much different in my experiences with dr00gs. Erryone different.
Also protein "shakes" low in sugar content is great but expensive as a MF.

Milk mixes sometimes, but multiple full sized THICK & HEAVY DELSYM BOTTLES DO NOT (or any syrup).

Eh it kind of works.. When I feel like I'm gonna throw up, all it helps with is giving my stomach extra time so I can rush to the bathroom.

As someone who’s spent a lifetime on the water (and thus knows what it’s like to be seasick all too well), lying flat really is the only thing that works imo. With severe opioid nausea that doesn’t even work tho really, you just gotta go through it. Motion sickness medicine like bonine work to a limited degree.
