Best way to cook Ketamine

As the title suggest, it's been 10 years.....amazing I know since I last cooked K. We used two plates of the same size/brand and put in oven until shit when krystal. What temp is best?

Is there a better way? I am getting it in vials and wan't the most outta the vials without losing quality.

^yea it is a fast ass way to get dried product, however if you go that route make sure to put a second plate on top upside down, almost forming a little dome in the middle of the plates. if you have the time tho my fav way is stove top w hot water. gentle heat and constant scraping will give you a finished product that is more powdery since you are constantly breaking the crystals up while heating. powdery k seems like it hits quicker. but take a pot fill it with a little bit of water, bring it up to a steaming boil, not rolling boil, put a plate on top of the pot and carefully pour the k on the plate. one thing i didnt like about the microwave was it seemed like the k went everywhere and i was scraping those 2 plates for ages trying to get every bit. with the hot water its really gentle slow heat. ive also heard you can pour it on a plate and it will eventually dry up. tho i know most ppl myself included, cant be arsed to wait days for dry product lol

Okay I'm doing the double plate; just gotta find a plate big enough pan to cover the plate but allow water to touch.

Similar to double boiling correct?

The best way is to get a clean, glass pie plate, dump the contents of the vial onto the plate, and let stand. The solution will evaporate on its own with no heat added. This will take a little longer, but it's the best method.

It's been awhile but I used to use a class casserole dish (like for brownies) in the oven at 250-300F degrees. The melting point of ketamine hcl is 266C (510F)

Use just enough heat/time to dry it out. I don't remember ever having it burn. If you are worried about it burning you can put it in the oven until it starts to dry & the glass dish heats up then take it out & put it under a fan. By the time the dish cools it will have evaporated (at least when it's just one 10ml vial.)

I didn't like to use the microwave because it splatters a lot more making it harder to scrape up.
