i despise DXM... its just poor mans ketamine.. and ket is a poor mans drug in the first place...

anyway, a natural anti-emetic (against nausea) is simply cannabis...

Amen to that... However then you have to deal with the effects of the weed, which more than likely will throw you for a loop when already completely disembodied on cough syrup... lol sounds really odd just saying that.
