....suffice it to say its NOT a common street drug, however it seems to be becoming more common than it was (which was....nonexistant)

I'm sorry about that. I apologize I wasn't asking for a direct source just opinions on whether to ask around or figure a way on my own.
 
^thats true. mimosa hostilis is a very common way starting point for dmt extraction. It doesnt take a rocket scientist. there are also websites that sell 5-MeO but again, no source discussion AND 5-MeO-DMT is about to become scheduled =/
 
Thanks for the heads up fractal and Ill check out mimosa hostilis. I think it would be pretty cool to extract your own, and enjoy it rather than jus buying it.
 
how can u schedule 5meodmt? Its almost as dumb as scheduling dmt. Its in so many natural places. What is it illegal to own frogs now?
 
Choronzon333: if only prohibitionary policies were subject to common sense... Unfortunately, the infamous 'Federal Analog Act' (actually a subsection of the Controlled Substances Act of 1971, the primary federal law behind modern prohibition in the US) essentially allows any substance chemically similar to an illegal substance to be treated as though it were just as illegal, if it can be proven that it was intended for human consumption. Thus, even the 'technically legal' RCs people talk about are still only given this dubious distinction until the DEA decides to set the precedent of applying the Analog Act to that particular compound.
 
You are entitled, in most countries, to own as many frogs as you like. However. if you prepare the frog for smoking, or more sensibly have extracted something smokable from the frog, then that is when you might become legally unstuck. They might also then confiscate all your frogs, having demonstrated your intention to use the poor blighters as accomplices in your nefarious plans.
