best things to drink while rolling

what are some of the best things to drink while rolling?
water/gatorade taste like crap after a night of rolling. has anyone tried home made smoothies?
i was thinking banana + strawberry + honey + coconut almond milk + ice.

alcohol is not recommended.

Nothing with vitamin C in it until at least 2 hours after you take your MDMA. Absorbic acid (vitamin C) speeds up the metabolization of amphetamines, so it will be out of your system quite a bit faster if you drink a giant glass of OJ before you drop
