for some damn reason i just cant get them to go away.. im in average shape, but by far the most fat on my body is in the sides of my stomach.. the front isnt even that fat.. i ran and did push ups/crunches for about 8 months and lost 45 lbs(from 225-180, im 6'0 ). everything on my body toned up, including the from of my stomach, cant see ab muscles, but its not a whole lot of fat anymore.. yet those freakin sides wont even budge.. whats the best exercise to do to get rid it? is there a certain way to turn your body or something to focus on the sides? thanks
