Best state to find mushrooms?

When I was younger we use to take trash bags and go flipping up cow patties! It was a shitty job but someone had to do it! Nothing a little bit of chocolate couldn't fix. Now days farmers buy cow feed that stops prevents the fungus from growing so that's kind of a bummer.

Nothing compares to homegrown shrooms though, at least in my experience.

yes very interesting. think they have them in jersesy, and what exactly do you have to look for in the mushies themselves. im not exactly an expert on fungi so i dont wanna go eating some shit that might kill me.

They do have them in Jersey, I caddy for a golf course and after it rains and im there the next day working i come out with about half a pound of shrooms, they are shit tho.

Yea, north Texas less than 20 min outside of Ft. Worth we always used to stumble on ungodly amounts of them on the cow shit when we would go quail and dove hunting in this chick’s cow field. I actually never ate them but gave a bunch to a buddy of mine and him and his girl tripped like 2 or 3 times on a few shotgun shell boxes full. He bugged me a bunch to go back and get a large quantity but never happened

Idk about the best state for cow shit shrooms, but here in Oregon cyans and azures are pretty common from october to january.

Yeah, Oregon (and the pacific northwest in general) is pretty damned good!

Remember to cut mushrooms at the base rather than pulling them up entirely so they grow back and you can enjoy them every year. Seems like common sense but some people don't know this.

Florida point blank, we used to walk around in summer and spring times and find them sweet little things growing in almost every field, this was back before farmers salted the fields and chased you off with shotguns.
