Joe Rogan Live 2006 Standup

Dave Chappell

Chris Rock
This guy knows what's up. That Joe Rogan special might be my favorite one ever. I know just about every joke from the whole thing because I've seen it so many times, yet it cracks me up every single time. As for Chris Rock and Chappelle, I love everything both have ever done.

Other than those my top three would have to be:
Louis CK - Live at the Beacon Theater
Bill Burr - Let It Go
Doug Stanhope - No Refunds

One of the best I've seen for a while is You Can Tell 'Em I Said It by Eddie Griffin, fucking hilarious.

Apart from Bill Hicks, all my favorite comedians are black. Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Eddie Griffin, Paul Mooney...

I haven't seen too many, but I enjoyed, in order
Bill Hicks
Dave Chappelle
George Carlin or Louis CK
Chris Rock

What else do you think I'll enjoy?

Chris Rock says some real ass shit but still keeps it funny. He might be my favorite comedian

brian posehn - live in: nerd rage

This guy is so underrated! Saw that same comedy special and i like to use that Nerd Rage as a analogy with people....freaking hiarious

Chris Rock's "Never Scared" is prob my all time fav stand up tho....

A bunch have been mentioned already...

Eddie Murphy's Raw is a classic....havent heard that one mentioned yet...

Daniel Tosh is decent...

Dane Cook made his fame off of his original Comedy Central Special which was pure gold....watched some documentary about him and he had been developing those jokes he used in that standup for like 10+ years....everything he's done since then tho has been crap

Some others cant think of at the moment...b ut will update as i do....

Christopher Titus is fantastic.
Granted I've only seen two of his stand ups, but they were both funny as hell.

OMG thank you....couldnt remember his name for the life of me....but amazing!

One of the best I've seen for a while is You Can Tell 'Em I Said It by Eddie Griffin, fucking hilarious.

Yea.....its a pretty recent one as well....epic!

Bill Hicks is one of the least funny comedians ever who totally bought into his own hype. He's great though.

I actually can't help but agree. Bill Hicks had the ability to cut through bullshit like a hot knife through butter, but a lot of his material was just uncomfortable, like when he's making strange demonic noises into a mic that's clipping all to hell. That's not funny, it's irritating.

Cook steals jokes and there are Youtube videos busting him for it.

Sure whatever....im just saying that orig CC special was actually pretty damn good...and its what he really launched him....but I agree with everyone else....everything he's done since....was crap...

Gary Gulman- Boyish Man is really funny. Here is a short clip from it to give you an idea of his style. There used to be a lot more of that skit on youtube but I guess it got taken down. A lot of people that I introduced to this special ended up liking it a lot, so maybe a few of you will become fans.

Ha. Saw Gary Gulman open for Dane Cook. Give me a break- it was 2002! I enjoy the goofy as fuck comic.

Bill Burr has a brand spankin' new special on Netflix, yo.

Dane Cook has a funny way about him, but he got way too big too quick and I guess that'd fuck with anyone if you think about it. I kinda like Isolated Incident though.
