Depends what kind of rice, depends what kind of potato, depends what kind of pasta.
Nutrition doesn't work like that. You can't rank everything in order of how good or bad it is. Use any whole and unprocessed grain as a staple carb soruce and you're fine.
So-called "ancient grains" like quinoa, amaranth, and kamut are a pretty good choice when you can find them for cheap. They're low GI and high in micronutrients.

Basically any serving of complex CHO will fit into tupperware without an issue. I recommend sweet potatoes and brown rice but you can always vary it up.
