Best solution for sweaty palms?

Every time I do any speed (ritalin, adderall, etc.) i get really sweaty palms and an annoying tingling in my fingertips that makes typing/using a mouse/all the other things that i do while tweaking kind of cumbersome. for the tweakers out there, got any solutions?

neither tweak-related nor a long-term solution, but an old meet-n-greet tactic - run hands under hot water for a couple of minutes, dry with a towel...

a lil' talcum powder would help, im sure... as would possibly a little unscented antiperspirant... (make sure it contains aluminum oxide)

well can't really say that i have that problem, because when i do adderral i'm steady as a rock...it's great, i love, and i recommend it to everyone trying to "make the grade"
