Misc Best sleep med

I worked studying sleeping disturbances, disruption and disorders for 4 years and was involved with the development of an app to accompany a premium wearable.
No med to aid sleeping, should be taken for longer than 7 days. By that time tolerance is such that you will obtain very little effect besides the element of placebo.
Beyond 10-14 days, these meds begin having a counterproductive effect, creating even more difficulty with sleep than you started out with.

What's everyone's opion on GHB before bed? I'm a daily heroin users but want to cut the small doses of heroin out I have before bed. I currently take 2mg Clonazepam or 2.5mg lorazapam or 0.5-1mgnof flualprazolam along with 20-40mg of 99% THC distalite. Big I'm waiting to ditch the many things I take to get to sleep in replacement for 1 possibly 2 I'm aware of the dangers of opiates and GHB so will be starting very very slow and gradually working my way up perhaps adding THC to avoid the night terrors I'm plagued with but tonight I've had 1/2 a p of heroin about a hour ago and will be taking 1/2-1ml off GHB and see how that goes I've had great luck when having a lot of amphetamine in my system and using G to over ride it so here's hoping....I'm looking for the safest but highest dose of heroin and GHB I can take for sleep perhaps with THC thrown in the mix to avoid night terrors. When I go to bed I'm km going to take the smallest amount of G I can 1/2 a ml or a single ml....I also do have flualpraz in my system from much much earlier on in the night so if worst comes to worst I'll have 1/2-3/4 of a ml of flualprazolam more than likely some THC just to make sure I fall asleep as it's already,5:43am currently

Trazadone, taken at a low dose. Off label use for sleep. Yeah it is an old anti depressant, but in 25mg or 50 mg it really works.

Unfortunately, it is best to use it only once or twice a week. It doesn't make you drowsy, per se.

However after taking it and waiting 20-45 minutes and lying down. It is lights out for me.

For some reason it is not good for me to take on a daily basis for sleep.

But taken occasionally at 50mg's( they use hundreds of mg's for depression)

It doesn't have any real addictive or wd qualities and is not like other anti-depressants, which I will not go near.

It just seems to work well taken occasionally and yes I have sleep issues, related to medical issues.

It isn't addictive or recreational, it just works, at least for me and many others, but not good for me daily, just once or twice a week.
