Best ROA for avoiding a bad come down

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion about what ROA has the least gnarly comedown for methamphetamine . I generally ingest it because in my experiences it's the easiest way and smoking is a terrible comedown. What are your experiences? Also, aside from Xanax or other benzos, what's the best way to avoid that lazy, depressed, moody feeling you can get for a few days after a binge

If you're talking about benzos or more specifically Xanax, you'd only want to take them orally. If not orally, then sublingually which isn't that different except for a faster come up. That rule of thumb pretty much goes for all drugs.


Edit: Kinda misunderstood the question, but the same answer goes. Sleep, water, and vitamins go a long way.
