Of the stuff i've tried.

Drugs: adderall, methylphenidate, propylhexedrine, tobacco, betel chew, tramadol. Ephedrine if you have nothing else. Opiates also seem to be helpful.

Supplements: DMAE, mucuna pruriens (dopabean), gingko biloba, cacao bean extract, vinpocetine. All great nootropics and stimulants.

Herbs: st. johns wort, but takes a while of daily usage to get the full effect.

Vitamins: it's a good idea to take a multivitamin daily, to fill in any nutrition holes/deficiencies.

Drinks: tea (camillia sinensis) and some vitamin waters are a good pick-me-up beverage for schoolwork and studying.

Other stuff I imagine would be good is racetams, modafinil or adrafanil, almost kind of amphetamine (maybe not E or PMA), some of the cleaner piperazines, khat and derivatives.

Best study stimulants/nootropics: Caffeine, Betel, St. Johns wort and Ginko, either alone or in combination. All useful, But betel is definitely the best single study aid , not only giving long duration /stimulation, and light mood enhancement, but also substantially enhancing memory, especially good for exams.

More rarely, for acute time constraints, Methylphenidate, Adderal IR, Propylhexedrine extracts, as they often negatively impact my mood to some deg

Ideally though infrequently,a little (~200 mg tramadol or a medium dose Poppy seed tea) does increase my study duration, and enhances my focus quite a bit. Always makes the work that much more enjoyable and me more productive.

^ I'll add kratom and the more speedy opiates like meperidine, hydro, and oxy, are the best IMO along with some frosty snus or dip packed in your lip. Some aroma's such as mint or jasmine are stimulating. They release small amounts of dopamine, and thus promoting alert state beta-brain waves. Some good ambient or drone music in the background seems to help me. Anything that promotes beta or alpha brain waves is helpful for delicate and long work.

Any drug that makes me feel good while studying and doesn't severely impede my thinking skills helps me with my studying.

Hydrocodone, oxycodone, amphetamines (adderal), weed, and of course caffeine all help.

Morphine, alcohol, and on occasion weed, tend to make me lose focus on studying. Especially morphine the stuff just makes me lack any real motivation and concentration.

MDPV or a sida cordifolia tea both work quite well for increasing energy and concentration. Only use them sparingly, both can get quite addictive. Modafinil is also quite effective.

Not much love for MDPV? I've been thinking of picking some up to use as a study aid, since it's cheap and the recreational effects don't sound all that impressive. Reconsider?

Meth, Meth & Meth <3

MDPV is also good (especially if you smoke it) but the comedown in horrid.

A cocktail of diet pills also help; Amp and optidrene are quite good.

adderall for sure. caffeine is good too and propylhexedrine. coke sucks though, it is way too short acting and distracting.

tramadol is my fave if it's just sitting reading/writing/listening. grants me patience and an open/attentive mind, along with physical comfort.

Small doses of MDMA were quite nice for me when making music (got in "the zone" and sat there tapping a mouse for 3hrs). Surprisingly one of those Piperazine mix capsules did the same.
Amphetamines sometimes confuse me, especially straight up phet.
Codeine used to make me feel very motivated aswell, which was odd, but that didn't last long.
