Best province in Canada for skiing/snowboarding?

I've only ever heard about Whistler which is in/near Vancouver?

Looking to spend a month out there in later 2009/early 2010 and will be flying over from England, so cost could be a factor in the future.

Maybe not the best as I'm not aware of any others but you could have a look at this place.
http://www.skimarble.com they've got a live cam to so you can see the slope and the amount of snow.
It's cheaper to fly from the uk to there, then to fly from Vancouver to Deer Lake .

Dude, If possible go to Whistler.....had some of the best snow and good times of my life there!
