If you are going to insufflate, oxymorphone is great. Hydromorphone is amazing for shooting.
Two more things
1. All caps are not necessary.

Mixing Heroin -- even shitty Heroin -- with a strong prescription painkiller is a horrible idea. Unless you have some sort of crazy death wish for you AND your friends, just enjoy your shitty Heroin buzz & at least feel comfortable with the fact that you're not risking an OD.

dont hydromorphone only comes in liquid? if not how do i convert for sniffing?

i never had liquid form unless you count the hospital. i would get my 4mg diludid pills and just use a cotton tab as filter. prolly want a microfilter or w/e for harm reduction just look for a thread on shooting hydromorphone pills if thats what you can get.
do u sniff or shoot and is their a way to sniff hydromorphone if its liquid??

Hydromorphone is pretty uncommon to find in liquid (IV ready, in ampule) form. Most common are the generic 2, 4, and 8mg pills, and the 32mg er capsules. The pills are easy to prep, and as pills go, relatively safe to IV or insufflate. I do not suggest mixing them with heroin of any quality, however.

Pills. The only place to get IV oxymorphone is the hospital.

I find both Oxycodone and Oxymorphone to be equally enjoyable. Each has there own special quality.

Don't be mixing any pills with heroin, that's a dangerous idea.
If you want a good rush, try crushing, dissolving and filtering 4mg of hydromorphone and shoot for a stunning rush. Oxymorphone is great insufflated also.
