which is the best?

Ive tried Prothezazine with is apparently good for adding too the sedation and stopping nausea and itching which it does, although ever if rarely i suffer fromm neausea.

I also take various benzos to help with the potentiation and if the feelings right il smoke a joint of weed = pure bliss.

I understand the Benzos and weed are Potentiators of Opiates in themselves and i have a massive tolerance to Benzos/opiates so i know my limits.

What id like to know please is what it the best and of course safest OTC antihistamine potentiator for Opiates/Oxy please?

i have 1 hour before pharmacies close , so any quick replied much appreciated, thanks.

Btw im in the UK,

It's really a matter of personal choice. I have the same issue with promethazine that you have, while its an awesome potentiator, it is very sedating and loaded with its own antihistamine side effects. Have you tried diphenhydramine (Benadryl)?. That's a common one that a lot of people have success with....it can be pretty sedating too, though.

Doxylamine is another option, some people prefer it over diphenhydramine. I find that doxylamine is actually more sedating than diphenhydramine.

I don't know if it's OTC in the UK (it's not OTC in the US), but if it is, the one I would recommend is hydroxyzine (Atarax). Great all-around antihistamine and has some anti-anxiety effects as well.

Thanks for your imput.

Unfortunately Atarax is prescription only, ive tried Doxylamine in the past with almost dire consequences, and to be fair il probably leave diphenhydramine for another time.

Im probably dosed up enough for the Benzos in my system to potentiate the Oxy anymore than need be as ive already consumed Alprazolam, Diazepam, Funitrazepam and Temazepam in quite large doses.

I also have available Etizolam 1mg and DHC 120mg but that seems to pretty pointless consuming that after all ive already consumed.

Thanks again bluelight.

If you don't like doxylamine or diphenhydramine, then your options are limited as far as sedating antihistamine potentiation.

You could of course inhibit liver enzymes using cimetidine, to increase the duration of the effects but it doesn't really increase the euphoria. Just the duration. But that is a different sort of 'potentiation.'

tagamet is the best, but i also enjoy ciggs, benzos, and weed on roxicodone. pop 2-3 of those little blue guys, and i feel fucking amazing.

Maybe dimenhydrinate, it's actually two drugs, diphenhydramine and the simulant 8-chlorotheophylline.It's less sedating than diphenhydramine alone.

Cimetidine may make oxycodone last longer, but it also inhibits the metabolism to oxymorphone, although it may not be a significant metabolite in most people. Grapefruit juice is better IMHO, doesn't block oxymorphone.

heh, nah mang. oxycodone provides the most effects, not the tiny percentage that is metabolized to oxymorphone. tagamet > gfj

Either works just fine in my experience. Although you do have to drink quite a bit of juice as opposed to popping a couple pills. I like grapefruit juice though...so it's never been an issue.
