"Best" Opioid for Breakthrough Pain

It's the hypogogic state maybe. That area between awake and asleep. Even people not on opiates experience it to a small degree while falling asleep, or while waking up (that'd be hypnopompic though)

Yes, however some people are much more likely to experience the hypnogogic state than others (and I mean "normally" when trying to fall asleep, not after taking heroin). This may explain why only some people experience this effect on heroin though.

thats crazy I live in canada and getting prescriptions for oxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, fentanly and the like is next to impossible unless youre terminally ill or in chronic searing pain. Plus buying that kinda stuff is extremely expensive and rare to find, like 40 dollars for an 80 mg Oxy. You guys should give me some tips on BS'ing doctors!

Nuke, stupid name and stupid, worthless post. Read the damn guidelines and stop asking for advice about lying to your doctors.

Get an MRI and right before the buzzing startsclose your mouth and expand air against your ribcage as hard as you can as if you're trying to give yourself a hernia. . . Or get macho at the gym and try to leg press over 3 times your own weight with no training. Do a lot of sports over many years and you, too, can herniate a bunch of discs.. . .or you could get lucky and just be born prone to deformity.

Plenty of people here pay 2usd per gram of OC, for fun.

Jesus dope_user loosen up bro. Its not like i was serious, Im not that hard up that I would resort to getting a fix from a bloody doctor. As for a worthless and Unoriginal to boot name and post(s), look at the shit calling the shovel dirty. Youre an arrogant like prick. learn some fucking manners you rude dick.
