I forgot about Eatstatic. I saw them in Bristol. If i remember correctly i think that was the first time I'd had some very good speed and was totally euphorically buzzing my head off. The music was cracking.
 
If we are talking about people who we have actually scene live it significantly limits my lits, in not particular order:-

John Lydon (in fact in all fairness given it was '97 the whole original line up deserve some credit Steve Jones is one of the best guitarists ever IMO)

Iggy Pop - ageless and seemingly no limits to his energy

Keith Le Blanc - what that man could do with a drum kit and a sampler rack was truly ground breaking back in the day

There's loads more metal bands that really get the crowd going. One Minute Silence got the whole floor of the MEN Arena to do two circle pits. I was in between both. Quite scary having thousands of people all running around you, then smashing into each other. Had plenty of kicks to the head and other injuries from gigs. Prodigy and Pendulum were both amazing live, when I saw them. I was under the influence every time, of course.

lamb of god at download 08 i think were epic, best metal band for a small venue is parkway drive the singer live is un godly weird for some sandal wearing australians , seen slayer in 99 at nottingham rock city that was good it must of been 120 f in the pit
i think all that remains have the record for the biggest circle pit at wacken festival
 
One group and one song came instantly came into my mind. Iron maiden-Aces High (amplifier to the end) during smashing Aden's defenses as a hero necro and ally leader. I want to believe that others amongst us have felt that and know what i mean....That shit is as addictive as the hardest drug.
 
I'm a rock fan through and through, but was lucky enough to see Beyonce's secret show at Shepherds Bush Empire last year. She is the most talented human being I have ever seen on a stage - and that's after seeing Dave Gilmour join Roger Waters on stage for Comfortably Numb at The O2 last year...

So against my better judgement, Beyonce. Would urge anyone to see her. The singing, dancing, stage presence, crowd banter, is just phenomenal.
