Benzos Best method of taking diazepam (valium)

hey guys, so i have some 5mg diazepams and since 5mg is a pretty small dose i wanna find the best way to take it to get as much effects possible.

Which do you guys think is the best: Oral, Sublingual, Rectal, or snorter?
 
Best way to take is oral, sublimgualy. Just leave it under your tongue for as long as you can, till it disolves.

Don't snort it...total waste.
Plugging...don't know for sure, but I'm guessing yes. I plug zopiclone (a benzo-like sleeper) on occasion & it works excellenty plugged rather eaten.
 
when doing sublingual does crushing it instead of just taking in it pill form, change the speed of onset or intensity?
 
Yes, crushing and taking it sublingually will increase the onset. I think that the BA will still be about the same as oral, so the duration should be about the same as crused and swallowed diazepam.
 
The only issue with sublingual is that some benzos taste astonishingly bad.

Oral is really one of the top notch ways of administering benzodiazepines. IV would be best but that's not practical with pills.
 
Valium tastes a lot better than xanax though. I ususally allow my diazepam to sit under my tongue for a couple of minuted before swallowing it, and it isn't that bad of a taste.

how do u guys you guys usually crush your pills?
