best method for dilaudid

whats everyones prefered method for dillys

I got one and half little yellow orange things (4mg ??) and Ive done them before, but I wanna know whats prefered among us.

I'm not one to burst bubbles, (mods are, lol) but this has been covered a zillion times, IV of course, I've never used needles and don't plan to, but that seems to be the consensus when it comes to D.

The answer to this could be easily found using the search function. To save you some time, though, I'll summarize.

Most people who have had Dilly's IV'd will swear by it and tell you that no other MOA compares.

Those averse to IV will more than likely tell you snorting is the best way to go. Oral Bioavailability is low, so if you're planning to abuse it, oral probably isn't the best bang for your buck.

All of this depends, of course, on your tolerance. Since you said you've done them before, I'll assume you know how much you need to take to feel the way you want to. However if you've only taken them orally before, don't assume that they will hit you the same if you snort them. So use your brain and use caution.
 
Oral bioavailability of hydromorphone sucks, so probably intravenous would be the best bet. Just look up bioavailable amounts on Wiki or something.
 
I used to think IV was the only way to go because I read it on here (I don't do that, hence, I thought I was screwed) but snorting them seems to do a fucking great job as well. Snorting just 2 of the 4mg ones puts me over the limit puking and shit. My happy medium is 6mg intranasal. Yum yum yum. Dillys rock. So much better then OC for my physiology for some reason.
 
I like to line up two shots, IV 4mg each. Take one, lay on my floor rushing for a few minutes, get up socialize with anybody around laugh smoke a bowl drink a bit of wine or something...relax a bit. An hour later inject the other 4mg. Mmm...repeat as many times as possible!

The first time I took IV dilaudid my ears fucking POPPED (like altitude change) from the intensity/pleasure of the rush!!! :)

Dilaudid is actually my favorite opiate. It is even better than heroin! I like opiates almost entirely for the rush they give...so good :) it comforts my soul deep down.

I like dilaudid better I think because it wears off quicker and you can do another IV shot! Heroin lasts forever once you've IVed you're really high for a while which is kinda nice tbh now that I think about it lol =D

awesome I love to hear it all..I'm really not into the IV, as much as it sounds off the hook, I don't wanna go down that path...but it sounds phenomonal

yeah those 4mgs they are small but pack a punch, that's why I have so little, with little tolerance to opiates I have, I took 3 of them at once (snorted and oral) and that was no good, puking etc...

snorting is much better than oral then if you don't want to IV.

I suggest you don't IV because a: big hassle and b: real addicting.

Snorting will still provide a nice high. The problem with dilaudid is that it lasts so short...thats why its great IVed...you don't lose out on anything but gain the rush. Oxycontin or hydrocodone would be better options if you're looking for a opiate high. (you're basically sober after an hour on dillies).

Intranasal does work better, but only marginally so, IME.

IV is, hands down, the best... and really, the only MOA worth considering in regards to hydromorphone. Your best bet would be to pass them off to an individual who does IV and get yourself some OCs or something with a higher oral bioavailability with the money *shrugs shoulders*

haha ... damn... Im sorry. it must be that good huh hahaha, Im not iving it. period.

there really isnt a market here for opiates, Im lucky I found these (free as well, but whos bragging)..but yeah Id do a trade because Im open to new things....just not sharp new things :D
 
I tried it a few times. First time snorted 2mg, next time 4, and then 6mg. I never felt anything at all from any of it. I even tried plugging some and got no effects. Never tried IVing it though.
 
IV or snorting, but IV... snorting is basically a waste, sell them and get oxy's or something else... eating is 100% completely pointless unless you have 10,000 8mg dilaudid's. if i were you i'd shoot. dilly was the first drug i shot up b/c i knew its a complete waste eating them and sniffing is basically the same as eating... with a slightly better rush ... but IV'ing is where its at, thats how you know what dilly feels like IMO.. but IV"ing is dangerous and leads to a love for the needle... maybe stick to sniffing...

that is what i would do with them. However if you dont shoot, just crush them and snort them. it would be better than anything else you could do with them that doesnt involve a needle.
 
I've been snorting Dills with fantastic results. Pretty quick onset, like 5-10 minutes.

I would try needles, but from what I've heard, once you move to needles, you can't go back.
