Best drug for tactile enhancement other than stims or pychedellics?

Im looking for drugs that make physical sensations like touch or even the fabirc of your skin feel more pleasureable. I canr take stims,pychs, or weed anymore. I was thinking maybe gbl or opiates or something may have this kind of effect? Anybody got any ideas for me? I dont really remember opiates giving this effecf but i always took very low dosages and it was so long ago i cant even remember.

Gabapentin gives this effect for me. I usually take about 1200mg with no tolerance it works well. You have to stagger it though, which means taking a 300mg pill every 30 minutes or so. If you don't want to do any of that stuff check out Pregabalin, it's the same type of drug but doesn't require any staggering or anything.
