best diet pills

I can say 2 of my brothers are using something called hoodia, its not so much a diet pill but it does suppress the appetite. It is working for them. They do not seem to be having any side effects. One of them is also using a diuretic along with it as they are drinking so much water with it he has convinced himself he is retaining water lol

Diet pills?

I'm wondering if anyone had any experience with diet pills. I'm not looking for the kind that makes you lose weight asap, I understand that is unrealistic. I'm looking for something that decreases your appetite, decreases your cravings, maybe gives you a bit of energy or something like that. I don't even know where to start.

Zantrex-3 seemed good but their shipping is expensive and I'm not wasting that much money (I live in Canada so shipping from the US is more expensive).

Ideas? Reviews?

^ Merged with pre-existing thread where you may find more beneficial answers than my advice:

For something that decreases your appetite, try drinking 15-20oz of water (yes, all at once), 15-20 minutes before sitting down to a meal.

For something that decreases your cravings, try smelling/tasting something repulsive every time you crave something.

For something that gives you energy, have a cup of coffee or start an exercise routine.

My doctor put me on 20 mg of adderoll because of my fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism. There are days I can't even get out of bed. Some days I can't focus on anything and he said this would help me have energy and lose weight. Well that was a big fat lie. So, if adderoll isn't gonna do it then you have to think to yourself will any pill do it?

It has to be a combination of diet, exercise and life style.
