Best diet for the week/ day of roll?

Any advice?

Thus far heres my game plan

I take a mulitvitaim once every day
I take 1 gram of Pirciatem daily as well
2 acai capsules one in the day one at the night
and a full glass of orange juice every day of the week.

My diet it pretty blanced Im very active I run two miles everyday expect on the weekend saturday and sunday

what else should I do?

I have rolled numerous times but safely, always having water on hand and I usually space my rolls like every month but since its been the winter I havent rolled since August i think so I should be good but yeah any more advice would be welcome

Im preparing myself for Basshunter live its going to be a rave/ club sence

You're lucky man, I've never gotten to go to a rave or anything like it yet, even though I've rolled like 20 times. Still a nice at home thing though.

Anyway, on topic, the day of I would eat a big meal with lots of carbs and some protein in the morning, you know like healthy cereal and eggs or just whatever you got. The rest of the day stick to fruits and veggies then don't have anything for 3-4 hours before the roll. I like to have this special kind of muscle milk called monster milk on hand to sip on because it's loaded with BCAA's which basically keep your muscles from shrinking while you roll, and your body feels much less weak the next day.

I also love to eat bananas because they're tasty and they have tryptophan which converts to serotonin (if your niacin levels are high enough).

Oh, and I don't think a mutlivitamin everyday is really necessary. I think it might just make your kidneys do a little extra work. Our food nowadays is pretty fortified with vitamins and minerals so a multivitamin daily can just be a bit overkill. I take one every 3-4 days.
 
I try to stay away from too much dairy the day of, it takes longer to digest and as a result can lower the intensity of the roll. In my experience anyway...

Thats an intersting comment I usually have a bowl of cherrios in the morning. The day/ night I roll.

Thanks for your input, I loved bannas in the summer when I woke up the next day just used to eat 2 of them with orange juice as I reflected on the previous night by veiwing the pics/ vids I taken at the club that previous night lol.

Always with my girlfriend of course; it's a way to forget about everything bad for a night and completely open up and be close with each other. Plus the sex is great on MDMA and the cuddling while looking up at the stars can't be beat.

We hope to attend a rave soon though. We're only 21, so we've got plenty of time. Well, unless the aliens come in 2012..

Im 20, I live close to philly and yeah I remeber those days of having a gf right now single but its much more easssier lol.

that is EXACTLY what i wannna do, im trying not to roll as often so that its still special when i get a lover=D
 
The best advice of all. I prefer not to eat meat for a couple of days before rolling. The very idea of eating meat makes me fill when rolling.

Thats intersting I always have had meat before I rolled like I eat dinner early like 5 pm then the drive to philly then im good.
