Hi guys I've trained on and off for many years and basically now with age the Lbs are beginning to show.
Now due to alcohol, I have a moderately high BP, I no I need to stop this and find a healthier lifestyle but want the right supplements to get the correct gains.
I'm on Beta blockers and have also just been diagnosed with mild COPD and have an inhailor so now ive stopped smoking as well, I know there's ppl probably laughing right now but I'm in on a reality check.
I can't drink high energy drinks and cafeein makes me real anxius, so it tells me I'm sensitive to it. Whats the best way to get myself in the right frame of mind and shape. I've thought about just a low sustanon 250 cycle just for cutting, I like the feeling from steroids but don't want the high BP, and extra poundage.<3

Dude diet is key not the juice. Especially with heart issues, get your self on a good diet and excise program then think about steroids. Some omega fatty acid sups will be good for the heart, and help with bp a bit. But with out knowing the rest of your stats ( height weight body fat percentage and diet) advice is going to be just general. Your first step is going to be the basic steps first, proper diet and exercise. One of the issue with the compounds used is they raise BP and shift your lipid profile and can have a larger impact on you if your on beta blockers. Not to mention your going to gain weight if your diet sucks no matter what compound you take, all they are is tools, no steroid will make you loose fat, they can help you burn it if and only if your diet and training are spot on. Like I said fire back your stats, and a goal and we can see about helping you out with specifics; but you may not like the answers, if you are hell bent on doing steroids any way still fire back and we might be able to point you in a direction where you wont shit the bed mate. I don't mean to sound like an ass, but some times like you said a reality check is needed. Besides even if you don't jump on juice we can help you with a good supplement plan and a work out plan that will tear you up naturally.
~Cheers

First, you need to stop drinking. No more alcohol at all. Train correctly, and eat right. If you haven't trained in a while, you'll lose fat pretty easily at first. When you get everything right like neo said, you can start thinking about steroids. The elevated rbc count from the test can be fixed. Just donate blood, or (if you're too sick to donate blood) you can draw your own blood at home if you really have to.
Good luck.

Test will increase RBC but not to the extent where you will have to make it a point to donate blood on any type of a regular basis. And for the love of god do not ever draw your own blood in your house. Just get the diet right, drop the caffeine, and begin with moderate exercise. Do your self a favor, calculate your caloric intake fro maintenance then decrease the caloric intake by 500cal/day and you will drop reliably around a1lb a week. Combine this with an increased activity rate, and you will be on course to drop weight in a healthy manner, get your heart in better shape and build a bit of muscle.
supps to look into:
3/6/9 Omega Fatty Acids
Aspirin ( seriously great for high BP 81mg a day is all you need)
CoQ-10
Vitamin E
A solid multi-vitamin for men
A joint support supplement with (Glucosamine HCL, Chondroitin Sulfate, Cissus and MSM) great for the joints and cissius has a bunch of side benefits.

The key in all of this is to also get your HDK/LDL profile in check as well. These will help but really are only adjuncts to a solid diet. Keep plunging along mate and hopefully you are still reading these posts. You should also look into getting your liver in shape as well, cut the drinking, you can have an odd drink with dinner or a bottle with the woman from time to time ( by bottle I mean wine not a 5th of scotch). trust me mate I went from 215lbs with like 6% body fat in the Service to 350lbs 25% body fat after i was back to the world, horrible health, injured opiate problem, and now after some serious hard work and strict adherence to diet and training I am back down to 232lbs and 8.6% body fat ( according to Hydrostatic weighing: thank god I have mates at a university with access to nice equipment). Its is hard work but can be done. The juice comes after you have the BP under control as it will raise it as well intense training. If you want to look at some PEDs take a look at GW50516 and Ostairine they are SARMs, and have some benefits of AAS with less sides. this particular combo has been shown to be beneficial to lipid profiles, BP, increase in lean body mass as well as bone mass in older men in several Phase 3 tests by the USA's FDA. here are some studies anbd a brief crash course from wiki

Scope the links in the articles I gave you. If you do plan on running them this is what I have done and honestly what i have had my 56 year old father run ( he trains with me and has been a lifting buddy of mine since he started me training hes old school, and former military like me. He has High BP him self, and the SARMs sit well with him.)
run them no longer then 90 days, you will need a proper PCT Nolva, Clomid. standard PCT, they are suppressive especially if ran this long. For the Ostirine 25mg seems to be the sweet spot fro a lot of people, as for the GW 10mg is as high as I would go and I got good results. The combo is a great like pre-cycle cycle, or a good way to get a little edge to get your confidence up. But do your self a favor do not run these until you have 90 days of consistent training and diet. other wise your just going to waste your cash. Sorry for the long pot but perhaps you can pull a few gems of info for your self out of here. Hopefully you read these OP and respond.

Step 1 is definitely stop drinking, if you need help to stop drinking, then get it, ask your Doctor and just do it for yourself, like has been said already Nutrition is what is going to make you what you want to be, Fruit, Veg, Lean Meat, supplements and concentrate on supplements that are shown to lower BP,

Please do not take Test with high BP, I had a bad experience my 1st time I took test with BP, just as well I am young and didn't have high BP to start with or it could of been really dodgy, I was on long esters as well, the pounding headaches I got was unbelievable in the gym, I had my BP checked and it was through the roof and it scared the shit out of me , I quit jabbing and training instantly and never touched a weight again for a good while,

Good luck and be safe mate ;)

uh, mate, i wouldn't take any steroids with high bp.. all of can raise it even more...
