Best comedown tips?

Weed for me on a comedown is very bad-only coz itl get me bak up again and make me feel more fukt!!!

I usually dont get comedowns nemore-if i go 2 bed str8 away-i wake up feeling fresh n normal-but if im awake all day-i tend to get the giggles- i like chilling with mates-drink tea/coffee/or Orange juice and usually smoke lots of ciggarettes!

i find the comedown from speed way and way worse than the mdma comedown

sex is the best on comedown.


if no sex available, then red wine can take away some of the pain.
 
1º) Ketamine
2º) Benzos + weed
3º) Alcohol

I use to do the second for chilling and sleeping when I get home. I don't get very nasty comedowns, the problem is that I just can't sleep if I don't take something
 
As far as eating, two things that really help me:
Fish, Bananas - high in tryptophan and proteins which are precursors to most neurochemicals. LOTS of fish. There's a reason they call it brain food, ya know.

Turkey. High in 5-htp, naturally. (The reason people get sleepy after eating thanksgiving dinner is that the turkey causes a boost in serotonin).
 
Duh, XANAX!!! or really any kind of benzo, pop some and go right to sleep, i've been preaching it on this site and pillreports.com ever since i started taking ecstacy. I took Xanax way before i ever did MDMA, it just seemed fitting on my first comedown to help ease the tension i would take some xanax and now i can't roll without it.

Pot is awesome, and works in this situation, but only for a short amount of time, then it wears off, and you have to do it again.

Xanax, in combination with partying all night, puts you down, so you can sleep, safely!!!

Sometimes I take a .5 klonapin before I roll. It helps counter the speedy feeling. Depends on how I want to feel for the night. High NRG dancing, or mellow ambient conversation.
 
I never have a problem the day after if I have:

* Water and lots of it
* Juice
* A good couple of doses of G-HB.. seems to cut out those come-down feelings
* Good music

After a few hours of that I feel tired but not like I've been out on E. Makes it much easier to get a decent sleep.
 
Another of my favorite ways to smooth a come down is deep breathing exercises and some light trance meditation. You can keep a light roll going until your ready to sleep.
 
GHb is unequalled in this regard. A close second would be a good dose of hydrocodone or similar. Benzos are ok if you're not schizophrenic like I am...

Weed...makes me paranoid usually, so also no good for me.
 
I don't really have a problem with comedowns but after a night out, I like to come home/go to a mates place, put on some trance in the background, drink some water and sit around chatting with my mates. Then when I get tired go and get some sleep. Nothing too arduous for me.
 
if im having a really rough comedown [i.e. crash-n-burn] i'll usually hit up about 15-20mg of oxycontin. unfortunatley since ive had a steady supply of OC for quite some time, it takes a lot of it to fuck me up so the 15mg mark is good to calm me down just a bit.
 
I find that I never really have a 'come-down' as such. In fact I take it to the next level and enjoy the next day crack-out for as long physically possible.
I find that if I sleep while the bikkie is in my system I wake up feeling like shit. For me the key to a succesful comedown is to not sleep until you are too fucked to do anything, so fucked you can't even take anymore drugs.

Here's my routine:

START: Take numerous pills at a club, rave or whatever.
1. Return home with friend/s. (b/w 4am-9am)
2. Shower.
3. 'Chop up' a 'mix' (Prepare your weed).
4. Take some more MDMA.
5. Listen to electronic music whilst chilling.
6. 15 minutes later start smoking bongs.
7. Smoke many bongs.
8. Snort some Ketamine if thats your go.
9. Be drinking water regularly.
10. Snort/Munch another 1/2 or 1 pill.
11. Ensure company is only close friends so you don't stress or get paranoid....Sucks when strangers ruin the crack-out.
12. Have cool conversations or just space out because of the drugs.
13. Don't play your computer, T.V or X-Box.
14. Change to hip-hop and rap music.
15. Take some more pills if you want but otherwise just keep snorting and smoking your downers.
16. Get some food...Nothing too extreme...No Currie or Taco's.
17. Take a shower.
18. Smoke some more weed.
19. Post your experience on pillreports.com or bluelight.ru
20. By now it should be the next night (maybe 11pm). Just take a Xanex and go to sleep....Sleep for 12+ Hours and you will wake feeling great.

Warning: Some others may not like this method as some mid-week depression may occur.....
