Do not take LSD or MDMA unless you are sure it is what it is purported to be, and is of stellar quality.

300 ug LSD, 100-150 mg MDMA same time as LSD ingestion, or 4 hours after LSD ingestion; redose 1/2 initial MDMA dose 1.5 hours after initial MDMA dose; smoke 60-70 mg DMT 8-10 hours after LSD ingestion. Do with 1-4 friends. Take melatonin to help sleep, no limit on melatonin dose, it is completely benign, it helps with the MDMA "hangover" as a powerful blood-brain barrier permeating antioxidant. Only do every 1.5 to 3 months.
 
Nice addendum to the candyflip thread.

Melatonin is relatively subtle, supporting the circadian rhythm while the rest of the drugs you suggest are very potent and should be expected to have a major disruptive effect on your ability to sleep. It may be benign but better is not necessarily more effective.
It is useful that melatonin is a free radical scavenger, helping cleaning up the problematic products of MDMA use. Probably couldn't hurt to add some vitamin C and lipoic acid.

The doses you suggested are not really low if the substances are pure and potent. Better start a bit lower.

you can get MUCH better than that, though. Why not 300ug of AL-LAD with 50mg each of MDMA/MDA/MDE? Then just add in some ketamine and blaze a few DMT laced joints and things will really start to pick up. Some more K after that followed by GHB and plenty of weed before heading to sleep is complete bliss..
 
Never done ketamine. Seems sort of sketchy to me by all accounts actually. I don't trust things with addiction potential in general. And I'd rather not take MDA, the increased neurotoxicity isn't worth it for me, and if I'm on acid I don't need increased psychedelia. As for AL-LAD....I can't be sure, but I think I've taken it before. I've taken guaranteed LSD at top quality, and I know it wasn't that, but it definitely wasn't an NBOME or an RC. It was like acid, but much "chiller", more "dreamy". It definitely produced some of the best trips I've had, but, I still think I prefer LSD. I dunno though....that batch was pretty sweet I will admit, whatever it was.

I'd rather not smoke a DMT laced joint. No cannabis with DMT, its a minority that get more with cannabis+DMT. And I'd rather go for the full breakthrough rather than threshold. Its supposed to be an end-of-the-trip blastoff with this combo I'm detailing.

Not supposed to be low, supposed to be mind blowing without going into a fugue state (which happened to me briefly on 600 ug). The melatonin I listed as a minor aid at the very end of the trip when sleep is supposed to come naturally which can also help with the MDMA hangover, not as a way to get knocked out really. I'm not really into supplementing to deal with MDMA toxicity actually, I'd rather just use it responsibly with 1.5-3 months in between use, and with 225 mg maximum per use (which of course is what the high dose of 150 mg with a redose of 75 mg 1.5 hours later adds to). As low as 100 with redose of 50 is also good, that's just for the people who like the high doses of MDMA.

With regards to the LSD dose; I definitely find 300 ug to be the sweet spot. 150 ug just makes me want more, and 200 ug is cool, but I'm not "satisfied". 300 ug is the magic dose for me. Tim Leary's preferred dose as well. I can see why Nick Sand dosed his orange sunshine at 300.
