Best combo I can do with the drugs I have

I have 200mg morphines sustained release pills & 80mg oxy pills.. I'm about to quit doing opiates and this is my last weekend 2 actually get fucked up.. My tolerance is 100-120mg of oxy a day (snorting). What combo of pills (morphine and oxy) and mg and method of administration would get me the highest?
 
have you used morphine before? if not, sites like this can help give you a rough idea of its mg/mg equivalency with oxy. but we can't help you get the highest.
