Best benzo with tramadol

What is the best benzo in coordination with 100 / 150 mg tramadol

I'm not looking for a buzz just a long time well being

Long-lasting benzos with strong muscle relaxant and anticonvulsant properties tend to be the best. Tramadol lasts long, so you want a benzo with a duration of action of at least 6-8 hours. Benzos can also counteract the seizure-inducing properties of tramadol, allowing you to take larger doses of tramadol (if that's your thing).

I've found clonazepam and nitrazepam to be just about the best. 100-150mg of tramadol is not a lot - I'd probably take 1-4mg clonazepam to go with it (depending on your tolerance, size, general sensitivity etc).

Yeah, Clonazepam or Valium seems to be the good deal

Wich is the strongest (at similar dose : let say 10mg V's for 1mg Clonazepam (I know valium but bot clonazepam) ?

I would be in consensus with those who suggested either diazepam or clonazepam. In my limited experience with nitrazepam I believe it would likely be too sedating for what you are after. I also believe benzo's with greater muscle relaxation properties (like diazepam and clonazepam) synergise better with weaker opioids and have less of a tendency to overpower them when dosed correctly.
 
IMHO Valium is best, but everyone is very different in what theyre looking for, so id say try your favorite benzo first and experiment with others if you like. be careful of added CNS depression if you have a low opiate and or benzo tolerance. also, dont take so uch of the benzo that it masks the tramadol...for me the energy bit with 10mg of Valium to kick it down ever so slightly is heavenly. Again, this is my experience and do not recommend trying it until you know your limits. be safe.

Nitrazepam isn't too Hypnotic compare to Diazepam and Clonazepam ? (I won't be in a Zombie mode :-)

Nitrazepam is miles more hypnotic than clonazepam and significantly more so than diazepam. I have had midazolam, temazepam and nitrazepam, and nitrazepam is in a different league to those two when it comes to sedation. Heavy-duty sleeper stuff. It's a matter of personal choice. Clonazepam would be my first choice, but I do like sedation - it adds to the "noddy" feeling from the tramadol - so nitrazepam is good for me. Diazepam is not a favorite of mine and I find little recreation in it, but for all its properties it is probably a good choice as well.
