The girlfriend is out of town for the weekend. Here is what I have to work with:

10 mg Clonozapam
8.5 mg Lorazepam
10 4mg Dilaudid

What have you say?

I don't shoot and don't have much experience with opiates, but I am quite an experienced benzo user. Should I snort the D?

We're not here how to tell you how to get high, but as you've asked about safety too I'll let you off ;)

Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) bioavailability according to this thread is: Intranasal 52.4%, Rectal administration 33%, Oral-30-35% - so snorted is the way to go.

Hydromorphone is a strong opioid. You say you don't have much experience - have you taken any opioids at all before? If so, take a look at the opioid converter in my sig. It has oral hydromorphone on it, assume nasal bioavailability is approximately double this, so halve the dose. If you don't know what your tolerance is with regards to anything else, you're going to want to start really low.

I understand that you are an experienced benzo user, but benzos+opioids are a dangerous combination, especially for someone with little opioid tolerance who has some Dilaudid. I really wouldn't mix them, especially the first time you take the Dilaudid, and especially if you are on your own!!

Always good when people ask for advice then don't follow it..

I hope you are okay and haven't taken too much. Not knowing anything about your tolerance I can't say, but for an opioid-naive person that is quite a lot to take alongside benzos. Please don't hesitate to call an ambulance if you feel your breathing slowing or if you are concerned at all.

edit: changed your thread title to make it clearer what substances you are talking about, hope that is okay.

edit edit: hah meant to close this is well seeing as you've got high now and answered your own question but got distracted while writing this post!
