Best of all time? Substrata by Biosphere. That is definitely my favorite.

Best of non-electronic music? Aenima by Tool. Or maybe 40oz. to Freedom by Sublime.
 
Faith no more - Angel Dust is right up there, for me. It was also the first CD I ever bought and FNM played the best concert i've ever been to, by a mile

Then Radiohead - OK Computer, Dark side of the moon, geogaddi,erm... and others..
 
The Cure - Disintegration... at least according to South Park it is. But... according to me it has to be (at this moment):
