He seems to be doing fine to me.

Missing points often brother. I can see why you like him tbh, without a pragmatic thought process or a sense of history I find a persons grasp on politics to be severely hindered.
Trump is simply an means to an end. Being a person that really likes Rand Paul and voted for him in the primary I am no fan of trump. Sometimes we have to vote in the interest of the republic long term. All that matters is Trump gets elected and he keeps the SCOTUS from radicalizing imo. Being one that believes in individualism and one that believes i collectivism are concepts too far apart on the spectrum for us ever to find common ground, regretfully, alasdair.
you honestly believe merrick garland would be a 'radical' justice?lol no I simply think our best chance of averting a radical SCOTUS is with a republican elected.
lol. you are delusional. trump is a liar's liar. your thinking seems very muddled, droppers.I think his ego would serve our national pocket book better than a crook/liar or socialist.
just s well he's not looking to manage the u.s. government, a massive entity that does many transactions. oh wait. never mind. You can't truly not understand why almost every entity that is massive and does many transactions has declared bankrupcy multiple times.
The only people that like socialism are blind ideologues and people too young or uneducated to know what the concept is.
do you mean "he would have voted"?merrick garland was on the verge of tears the entire time he was in the rose garden and he would of votes for the DC gun ban. That is all I need to know alasdair
It’s not fair to conclude that Garland supported the Washington gun regulations because he wanted to reconsider the case, as he did not take a formal position on the merits of the case. Rehearing a case en banc is generally used when a case goes against precedent or presents a question of significant importance, and that was true of the Heller case.
D.C. Circuit Judge A. Raymond Randolph, a well-known conservative, joined Garland in voting to reconsider the case. And the Bush administration, though supportive of the notion that the Second Amendment protects individual rights, filed an amicus brief to the Supreme Court asking them to send Heller back to the lower courts for consideration, noted Adam Winkler, a Second Amendment law expert at the University of California Los Angeles Law School.
"Garland voted for his court to consider the constitutionality of D.C.'s law," Winkler said. "Such a vote does not tell us one way or another how Garland feels about the Second Amendment."
i don't think it's a pussy move at all. i think it's a perfectly smart move that creates a problem for republicans.I actually couldn't give a fuck about merrick garland. Total pussy move by obama as usual.
his candidacy is a total joke.
