Bupe Bernese Method question

When starting do you take sub dose first then dope or dope then take sub?

The order is irelevant. The Bupe is taken once per day, assuming you are using heroin- without any admixture- you dose ideally 3 to 4 times a day. You take your Temegesic (when initially on those tiny Bupe dosages) either before or after one of your dosings of heroin., Bernese requires you to dose at the same time each day with Bupe. Pretty simple really.

When ive done it i always did my dope after, primarily a psychological thing though. I figured "If for some reason this dose puts me into precipitated withdrawal then the dope will fix me up and away i go"
