Benzos versus Alcoholic buzz? (not drunk or wasted)

I prefer a bit of both but I usually stick to the booze. I prefer benzos but long term benzos cause worse problems for me than drinking every day. Alcohol is more euphoric but its a "dirty" feeling. It feels toxic to me and the next morning is never fun though I don't get hangovers.

To me alcohol feels more natural and is more enjoyable. I get a clean calm feeling and no hangover. Benzos can leave me tired the next day. I feel drugged when I take a sustantial dose of benzos.

Benzo's hands down alcohol is completely dysphoric since I got outta the habit of being an alcoholic years ago. I'm rx'd xanax for anxiety and panic attacks so i don't have to self medicate with that filthy liquid america pushes on their people.

Also weekend warrior you're getting drugged either way cause they're both drugs.

Benzos over alcohol DEFINATELY.

Admittedly they're fairly similar, but the main reason I favour benzos is because they're just 'cleaner'...not so much in the way of unpleasant periphery effects- no nausea, no headaches, no HANGOVERS.

Seriously...on the whole I don't drink anymore (use to be a bit of an alcoholic in my youth...then I started to get real hangovers ), if I want that sorta buzz I'm definately reaching for the benzos. The last time I got drunk (like 8 months ago, after I kicked the junk- PAWS is hell) I remember thinking that 8 shots of bourbon in 2 hours felt like a really dirty, toxic, rough version of diazepam.

I enjoy the clinical feel of benzos...benzos are like smoking weed through a vaporiser, alcohol is like smoking huge baseball bat spliffs that are about half tobacco. It's the same kinda buzz, but a vape is very clean, clinical & 'selective' in its effects while a spliff is a dirty, rough, full-spectrum high. If alcohol didn't come with all the horrible physical side effects (which seem to get me particularly bad- I have particularly light dopesickness and extreme hangovers. weird huh?) I reckon I'd favour booze.
