Benzos (rec. use) how much/often is too much/often?

Until now i'd only had a few chances to enjoy benzos.

Last week i got some phenazepam in the mail.

Now, i very much enjoy the relaxing feeling of benzos. I don't take large amounts. Like 0.5mg clonazepam at a time, or 1mg-1.5mg of phenazepam. Very relaxing and calming, and goes wonderfully with pot.

If my goal is to a) prevent tolerance b) prevent dependence on benzos, how much do i have to space out my use of this stuff?

Also, is it the frequency of use, or the amount one takes at a time, that leads to tolerance/dependance with benzos?

All of the above.

It's all about exposure.
The more it is in your system, the higher the tolerance, the more you have to take, the higher your dependence chances are.

I'm aware of the general correlation.

I'd love to know how often one could use it without tolerance building significantly and without dependence becoming a worry.

Second part was meant to be like "Is it worse to take 10mg in a day or 1mg a day for 10 days"

10mgs in a day. Because of the fact you will wake up butt-naked in a sandbox in the middle of nowhere. LOL J/K

But higher amounts in shorter time frames is where the real harm is.
The only way to surely not get rapid tolerance in recreation is doing it on the weekends.
Even then you will slowly have to take more.

Using it every day is not going to cut it. You will be fucked over.

Does anyone have any answers that are more, ah, quantitative?

How long does tolerance typically take to build at what doses? How long must doses be spaced to prevent tolerance?
How long does dependence take to build at what doses?

There are no definite answers. There never will be.

They only way any number will apply to you is if you experience it for yourself.

But, average time for the most potent benzos are a couple of weeks.
And you are taking them.
