Benzos I just stick to what they needed for. Like benzos for anxiolytic effect daytime and hypnotic for night time.
So daytime:
diazepam
bromazepam
ativan
alzam
clonazepam ( very seldom )

Night time: or to induce sleep quicker with a combo of other meds/ benzos
Midazolam
triazolam
Flurazepam
nitrazepam

Other then that i don't use them for any other reason or any form of recreational value. There is none.
