Do you know how to measure your TPR's AKA vital signs? It's a good indicator of whether or not to seek medical attention.
Most stim-related hospitalization is due to simple crashed out anxiety in my experience, but you can never be too careful. I always check my blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, blood sugar if possible (not diabetic but heh why not), and make sure I drink plenty of water and take a lot of Vitamin C and a bath in magnesium or oral chelated magnesium.
Future reference: comorbid memantine or low dose dxm(30 mg ER) (nmda antagonists) will lower or prevent tolerance in some anecdotal studies, and works great for me. Don't do this without researching it and talking it over with your doctor though.
