Benzos & Ecstasy?

Hello,

i took benzos for 4 weeks and then tapered it down within 1 week. I was 1 week clean and the i started again since 2 weeks. I took 6mg Bromazepam, sometimes, 3mg Etizolam, sometimes 100mg tetrazepam..not everyday the same and not the same dose.

yesterday i started to feel anxiety and thought these would be withdrawal symptoms so i decided to take 1mg phenazepam and now tapering down again.

My Question now, if i took 1mg Phenazepam yesterday and now 0,25mg or 0,5mg Phenazepam would it be dangerous to take ecstasy tonight? I was planning to take a half or a quarter of a strong MDMA pill, not more.
 
As far as I know, there are no contraindications between benzos and ecstasy. They work by entirely different mechanisms. It is very likely that if you still have the benzos in your system at a high enough level that they are having an effect, your MDMA experience may be diminished and kind of muted. So you might be in danger of wasting your MDMA, but I don't think you are taking any serious health risk with this situation.

If your anxiesty/withdrawal symptoms are pretty bad, you may be in for a rough comedown and a couple of unpleasant days following the roll. But as long as you have your maintenance doses of the benzos already on hand and ready, you should be fine.

Well thats what i bloody got, i didnt really feel anything! They really dull/negate your experience, its just like it dont really happen lol

yeah i was going to say benzos and mdma together seem counterproductive lol
 
^Yes lol. For some reason benzos completely RAPE the magic of MDMA... sorry bud but your better off getting off the benzos for at least two or three days then rolling. Trust me don't waste a roll.. -___-
 
^ what everyone said - benzos kill the magic. except when I took clonazepam once while rolling and it just relaxed me. didn't kill the roll to my surprise.

tried xanax before that and it muted the whole roll :(

somebody else said valium too. idk what's different about clonazepam it may be the only exception to the benzo family AFAIK
 
One thing to take into consideration (may not be the same for you) some people can feel really bad anxiety on the come up / come down from MDMA - IF your already suffering from anxiety (and are trying to taper your benzo use) then maybe give the MDMA a miss?
 
save the benzos whatever kind u have for after the roll or next day i always wake up in a fog kinda after i roll ya kno dehydrated tired from smashin twat all night sweating pop a oxy and some benzos takes it right away................well IMO

The only people i know who have a really rough comeup, are all heavy stoners.
Weed in high consumption makes people more susceptible to mdma anxiety.

One of them was even sick at the bar. (Ive never ever been sick on any drug before, Seeing as i did mdma before did cannabis, will admit, the anxiety was completely non-existent i loved the comeups. I even got piped and didnt get anxious at all about that, then as soon as i started smoking weed, ever since ive had coming up anxiety.
 
You guys don't need to over react , it doesn't completely kill the magic.. but it does dampen the experience a little. Iv taken a bar of xanax and rolled after and it worked fine, it was harder to remember the experience but i remember it being more of a sit down couch lock roll. Your fine

Exactly how my comeup was on mdma before i touched weed.

I think like 1/10 people have anxiety issues on it a few times,
i did in the beginning but maybe your not meant to take like 10 hits on a vape (if you new to get really high/stoned) haha.
