Benzo's, duration of "action"

I've read and read about the half-lives of each of the benzo's, but what are people's opinions of the "duration of action"?
To me, valium, any dose between (10-40mg) lasts maybe 2-3...maybe 4 max, even though it has the longest half life. Now xanax in the 1-2mg range, lasts maybe 4-6 hours. 3-4mg..can lasts way past 12 hours. Klonopin, lasts waaaaaaaaaay long, i took 4mg one night, and i was really buzzed the entire day after. One 2mg tab lasts many many hours. Ativan, 2-4mg, lasts about 2-4 hours.
Thats what i've found in the "duration of action" of these.
 
Depends on the benzo.. Klonopin is a long lasting one, and several times I have taken 4mg-6mg doses and woke up with cuts and bruises all over my body..
I can't really give any exact numbers as they effect everyone differnt..
 
All the benzo's definitely have different effects.. A good dose of valium slurs my speech, but good for relaxing. Xanax doesn't put me to sleep, but it gives me a nice buzz. Ativan...those put me out..slur my speech..mess up my memory..good sleeping pills. Klonopin on the other hand....LOVE IT! It does not put me to sleep, but it totally gets rid of anxiety, makes me a lot more sociable. Kills my "social anxiety" completely, while the other benzo's dont work nearly as good. One side effect i've noticed from klonopin though, is it messes up my coordination, i walk a little differently, when i'm not used to it. It does not seem to fuck up my memory at all, like the other benzo's. Doesn't slur my speech either.

Awwwww yeah! The real r00fies be back in town.. a shipment of 900,000 of the 1mg blister-packed Rohypnol have hit Orlando and you can buy them for like $2 each, DEFINITLY the real thing... apparently a distrobuter in Equador (sp) decided to sell out to a dealer, my source said over 2 million tabs are soon commin - could be BS but he is one 'on the inside' that would know...
Still, a 1mg roofie is about equal to 2mg-3mg Klonopin ..
Not that this had anything to do with the durration of benzos, but I thought I would share...
Again, it depends on the user.. some people are toasted all night off a 10mg Valium, it only mellows me for a couple hours...
 
My boy was down in Bocca Raton(FL) last week doing a show and he managed to pick some roofies up! They were $2.00 as Phreex said, but that was in quantity! I don't know how much for just a couple. I haven't tried them yet, but He said they are the real thing! And I seen them - they look proper!
Wow, I haven't done real roofies since 1999. I can't wait.
 
I have a question concerning the duration of benzos - Is it true that multiple doses will add to the duration.
Don't quote me on these numbers, but say 1 ativan/1mg lasts 4 hours, when taken with another 1mg tablet you have something like 6 hours, when taken with another 1mg tablet, You got 8 hours!
Just interested in this - I think I read it somewhere before!!!
