Benzos dosing?

when is best to space out benzo consumption for best absorption/effect?

obviously all benzos vary,

i would just like a guide/list.

Take a look at the guide in my signature, that should be a good starting point, do some reading on specific benzos too in other threads on BL for more in depth information.

Closing this now as the question can only really be answered with the Benzo Conversion Chart and advice to do some more research.
