Benzos - am I good for a UA or no?

Hi, I haven't posted to bluelight in a few years and it seems like there are a lot of new forums and rules, so I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong place or this question has been asked before, or if asking a question like this is against the rules of the forum, although I don't see why it would be.
I'm a recreational benzo user. I don't have a perscription for it and I only take it when I can find it, which is only about once a month these days. Anyway I happened to find some xanax today and I'm really tempted to take it, but I most likely have to do a urinalysis drug test a week from tomorrow. I'm wondering if I took it tonight would it be out of my urine in time? I've searched online and I can't seem to find a general timeframe that everybody agrees on for how long it takes Xanax to leave your system. I've read it can take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks. I need it out of my system within one week.
The pills I have are one 3mg extended release Alprazolam and one yellow 2mg bar. I'd take them both together of course. I'm average to below average body fat, pretty healthy and active. I added that because I've heard that can play a part in how long it takes. The last time I took any benzos was 3 weeks ago. The UA would be one of those 2 minute reading cup tests. It won't be sent to a lab unless they want to verify a positive result.
What do you folks think? Am I good to go tonight and pass the UA in 8 days? Or would I most likely fail? Also what are some things I can do to help my chances of passing? Other than getting fake or someone elses urine. Like, what can I do to help my body get rid of the drugs between tonight and next monday? Thanks for any help or advice.

any help will be much appreciated… I know people have been viewing this post just don't understand why no one else comments. if you think this is a stupid post just report it or comment that it's a stupid post. seems people used to be a lot more helpful on here when I joined 14 yrs ago. If I don't get any advice by 12 midnight Eastern US time I'll probably save em until after the UA.

Alot of suggestions are being made on the internet about ways to help you pass a drug test.Supplements,"special magic substances" etc. so look around if youre interested in those "special" kind of things.

One way i believe you could get rid of toxic/chemical stuff from your body faster would be to drinks LOTS of water throughout the days after you use,and maybe work out alot so you can sweat it out more quickly.Cranberry juice is said to be helpful,and also peeing "midstream" in the cup(the first drops of pee is considered to be the most "toxic").These are the more "natural" ways ive heard of that could help,although i dont know if any of this is actually proven(is often mentioned tho).

As far as the thing about benzos showing up one week later is concerned,im not sure about it(this kind of info is surely available somewhere on the net) but imo one week is long enough for any drug to be metabolized and clear out of your body(but as i said,its just a wild guess)..

benzodiazepines are lipophilic substances which means they bind to fat, much like thc. this means it all depends on your diet, your biochemistry, your exercise, your fluid intake, and how long and how much benzos you've been taking. anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on these factors. there is no definitive answer which is why drug testing questions are not permitted.
