I have not been able to find any scheduling info on the benzomorphans: Pentazocine or Cyclazocine. Yet cyclazocine is said to be 10x stronger than morphine for analgesia... the more interesting aspect is its properties as a halucinogen... so my question is this: Has anyone come across this substance? and Is it scheduled?

Any constructive info welcome.
 
Never heard of it although it sounds interesting. Gotta love the name benzomorphans. Perhaps someone else has some more useful info.

They apper to be a family of morphine analogs which act on similar recepters as the opiates( mu, kappa, so on, so forth). I dont know the legal status of Cyclazocine but pentazocine appers to be sched. III .
You brought up a intresting point about its psychedelic possiblitys, being as salvinorin A was found to act on the mu, kappa receptors, and the benzo morphins apper to act on those as well. I dont know, I dont have the time to look it up any more right now.......back to my job.
