It's essentially the same, but I think the thing with certain 'legal' high vendors is that people expect the stuff they buy to be legal (and in some cases safe because legal) where they live when in a lot of cases, people have sent shit off to...is it WEDINOS...and it's turned out to contain banned substances. Admittedly these vendors get marked out pretty quick as selling UK illegals where people have a vested interest in not getting done, but it's still a risk.

Nothing to do with being thick, its a business with risk, the same principle as selling stuff on the streets or whatever. i bet thousands of people sell illegal substances over the net and have done for many years without being caught
