Havn't used this site since benzo was banned, didn't realise he was still selling anything but legal highs, not bad money tho eh? :

Drug dealer made £2.5million and funded luxury holidays to Las Vegas selling legal highs through his website

Christopher Holloway, 32, of Wales, sold to customers around the world
Drug dealer ran sophisticated operation using 'Benzofury' website
Also lived extravagant lifestyle blowing a fortune on cars and gambling
Police found £3.5million of drugs in his home and £1million in bank account
He admitted to several charges at court today and was jailed for ten years

Got too greedy, if he'd kept to completely un-illegal RCs am i right in thinking this would never have been able to happen? (i know they tried to hit champs with 'endangering public safety' but that bollocks charge got dropped in the end and i dont know of any legit vendor thats been prosecuted

the pics are interesting though.
i wonder what was in the box names "sniff"

1 million cash in his bank account - you'd think he'dve just retired and lived off the interest. What a prannet.

Exactly what I was wondering... :D

To me, this is no great shock. The huge boom of the RC market clearly drew in many seedy types for who making a legitimate profit was just not enough. It really makes me wonder because clearly with a business that size, there would be no need to delve into the world of illegal substances but then again, who says he was getting what he thought from his suppliers in China all the time. I'm pretty sure he will have got in illegal substances on purpose too though.

Sickening really & I hope something which people take note of. However much you think you can trust an online RC vendor, there is little way of knowing what you are really getting unless you send samples to be tested. Even as far back as the days of pre-ban Meph, it was clear there were distinct batches being cut with god knows what, even if they were legal cutting agents. Pure greed when you consider the mark up on bulk quantities being sold in personal amounts.

More to the point you would have thought he would have had the common sense to a) launder it and b) do something more effective with it than keeping it in a bank account. Aint going to earn nothing with it in a fucking bank account.

Also lol at the way all the boxes he has are name in chemical shorthand and then there's one that just says 'sniff'.=D

But isn't that the same a street drug dealer???? You don't know what they're stuff is cut with either.

SHM what's wrong with the daily mail link?

It says in the article he has been charged with money laundering so he must have been doing something.

It is possible he was a vendor on one of the illegal market places on TOR as well as selling RCs through his normal website. That would explain having the illegal drugs.

Exactly my point.

People think just because they are legal drugs that they know what they are getting but the same applies, if not even more in some instances with some of the more dubious or branded RCs.

amazing what you can do with words nowadays, no?

just because it is not illegal doesnt make it legal.
legal highs are not truly legal, as their consumption is forbidden. selling them as such (for consumption) is also illegal.

if anything, selling impure substances is more of a fraud than anything else... i wonder if you could bust vendors for that?

Isn't the difference that you're selling them openly tho? If you're supposed to be legal and a cop buys it off you and tests it you go to prison. So there's an enormous positive to making sure it doesn't contain anything illegal.

Well of course, but it seems some of these people running RC business aren't the sharpest pencils in the box.

Doesn't mean they aren't mixing legal RCs or adding other legal active cutting agents though all the same.

I dunno whether you can knock someone with 1 million cash in the bank tho. Other than he would've been better off burying it somewhere - can the cops take it off him in a proceeds of crime claim?

It would be thunderously stupid to put something illegal in your legal drugs tho - it's obvious the cops are going to buy some sooner or later.

Nothing to do with being thick, its a business with risk, the same principle as selling stuff on the streets or whatever. i bet thousands of people sell illegal substances over the net and have done for many years without being caught
